We are happy to announce a new program for Texas Pathfinders, Diamond Club.

The Diamond Club is a way of recognizing those clubs who are active and involved with their church and
conference. Here are the requirements for membership in the Diamond Club:

1 – Registered with the conference by Dec 31

2 – Send in the monthly report by the 15th of the following month

3 – Participate in Texas Camporee (if an International Camporee year, participate in International
Camporee)

4 – Participate in PBE

5 – Participate in one non-PBE area event

6 – Participate in an outreach event

7 – Meet as a club at least twice a month (even if virtual meetings)

8 – All Staff are Verified Volunteer certified (letter from your local pastor must be sent automatically to Iris by Dec 31 if not asked by us before)

Clubs that meet 7 of the 8 requirements are Diamond Club members at the Silver level. Clubs that meet all 8 requirements, are Gold level member. Additionally, if a club meets all 8 requirements and has at least one club member who is a non-Adventist from a non-Adventist family, they will be recognized as a Diamond Elite.

So to recap:

Diamond Silver – 7 of 8 requirements

Diamond Gold – all 8 requirements

Diamond Elite – all 8 requirements plus non-Adventist member

It is our hope that all of the Texas Conference clubs will strive to be Diamond Club members.

El Diamond Club es una forma de reconocer a los clubes que están activos e involucrados con su iglesia y conferencia.
Estos son los requisitos para ser miembro del Diamond Club:

1 – Registrado en la conferencia antes del 31 de diciembre
2 – Envíe el informe mensual antes del día 15 del mes siguiente
3 – Participar en el Camporee de Texas (si es un año de Camporee Internacional, participar en el Camporee Internacional)
4 – Participar in PBE (Concurso Bíblico de Conquistadores)
5 – Participar en un evento de área que no sea-PBE
6 – Participar en un evento de evangelismo
7 – Reunirse como club al menos dos veces al mes (incluso si se trata de reuniones virtuales)
8 – Todo el personal está certificado como voluntario verificado (la carta de su pastor local debe enviarse
automáticamente a Iris antes del 31 de diciembre si no se lo solicitamos antes)

Los clubes que cumplen con 7 de los 8 requisitos son miembros del Diamond Club en el nivel Plata (Silver). Los clubes que
cumplen con los 8 son miembros de nivel Oro (Gold). Además, si un club cumple con los 8 y tiene al menos un miembro
del club que no es adventista de una familia no adventista, serán reconocidos como Diamond Elite.

Así que para
recapitular:

Diamante Plata – 7 de 8
Diamante Oro – todos los 8
Diamond Elite – todos los 8 más un miembro no-Adventista
