Every North Texas Pathfinder Club is required to submit a monthly report of their achievements from the previous month.

The DET North Texas Area Council is working on a Club of the Year Award, given to the club that has the most points throughout the Pathfinder year. Points will be awarded during club inspections, monthly reports, participation during Camporees, etc. As more details about the Club of the Year Award program become available, it will be communicated to all clubs in the area.
