Annual Area Club Registration


We resolve to always plan and operate our club to honor and glorify God, and we realize that the primary purpose of the Pathfinder Club is to lead youth to Jesus and to teach them to love and serve Him. We understand that the club is for the salvation, benefit, and enjoyment of youth. We will follow church policies and cooperate with church leaders. We will work in harmony with our sponsoring church to make the club a soul winning and witnessing program.

Step 1

For the 2022-2023 Pathfinder year, the North Texas Area Pathfinders are collecting dues per registered member (Pathfinder, Staff Member, etc.)

Early registration dues (Aug.1st-Aug.31st) are $10
Regular registration dues (Sept.1st-Sept.30th) are $12
Late registration dues (after Sept. 30th) are $15

For example, if your club has 20 Pathfinders and 10 staff members, the total for your club will be $360 ($240 for the Pathfinders and $120 for the staff members).

Step 3

Finally, all volunteers and staff over the age of 18 must complete and pass a background check once every three years. The instructions are available here.

    (Pay $15 per club member in order to complete the registration process.)

    I have read, understand, and am in full agreement with the Philosophy of Pathfindering and agree to support our club through those means with which the Lord has blessed this church, including finances, staff volunteers, securing a place to meet, transportation on outings, and other such needs as may arise in the fulfillment of this ministry, and to assist and support the work of the Pathfinder ministry in this conference and around the world.
